    I agree and normally do not hunt from blinds but found myself in some situations last year where a blind would have helped. I plan to use natural vegetation in the blind and not the usual fast grass or palmetto fronds only.

    But seeing how you see more duck blood than I, maybe I should listen to the advice.

    Highstrung had a good recommendation way back if I remember correctly. I think he suggested the erosion control fence material you can get at lowes/home depot under tank camp. This gives you wind protection plus something to insert grass or whatever else you so choose.

    Ha, I did. I built it before I had internet, and I proud for a little bit when I came up with the idea of using bimini swivels. I used the fabric under a old kind of leafy fabric, not tank netting, that had holes I could weave in plant life and such to the area I hunted in. I was hunted lot in places where being in the boat was imperative.
